Versa Lite only shows Fitbit symbol

Hello,

 

my Fitbit versa Lite screen won’t turn on, it’s only showing the Fitbit symbol, I’ve tried holding the side button to restart it but it doesn’t do anything,

Any suggestions?! 

also back green button is still working when it’s on my wrist!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite won't turn on and only shows the Fitbit symbol. I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? You may also try to restart several times in a row.
