Versa Lite only works while on charger..shows 100% battery than turns off when removed from charger

Help!! Versa is fully charged but turns off immediately when removed from charger. My husband also has a versa and uses the charger so I know its not the charger.

@mtl22 When Versa turns off, are the LED lights on the back of your tracker still ON? Can you access any apps while Versa is charging, i.e. swipe on the screen and open Settings app on Versa?
