My lite quit showing the average resting heart rate one week ago. How do I restart? Have turned lite off and on, reset multiple times, turned resting rate off and on. Cannot restart.

@ngpiv it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community1 I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your resting heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
