Hi! I'm using a Versa Lite with a OnePlus 5T. It mostly works just fine, but once in a while the Fitbit app shows an error - "Notification service is not running, please re-start your phone". Except restarting my phone does nothing, and I need to reinstall the Fitbit app. I haven't been able to find a thread with a fix for the Versa Lite - is this a bug with the app?

Hi @VrindaV Im afraid it is a problem with your phone. I suspect the Versa is working perfectly and the app is doing the best it can. I cant find your phone on the Supported Devices List so I I think that is the problem. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.
