Hi,
I own my Versa Lite since beginning of January and starting in mid march the device started to sometimes not react to the touch input (screen works fine because I can still turn it on by tapping on the screen). This went away by restarting the watch. This got more and more frequent to a point where it is now rare (about once a day) that touch input is working and a reset doesn't fix the issue anymore. About one and a Half months ago it started to randomly turn off and a bit later turn on again. This means I can't even rely on it as a watch because frequently it is completely shut down when I try to see what time it is. In addition to that it drains the battery slot.
I waited because I thought that maybe a firmware update could help but it didn't change anything.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a way to fix it or do I have to send the SmartWatch back?

I have experienced this also and I am in the process of trying to get a replacement for mine. You're best bet is to call the service centre to get a case # so the issue in logged. Hopefully you will get it resolved or receive a replacement - good luck
