Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To further investigate, can you please elaborate? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? After your Versa Lite turns off, are you able to turn it on or it runs out of battery? Does it randomly turns off during the day or when you're tracking an activity? More details will be appreciated but in the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
