I got a versa Lite for Christmas and about 3 weeks ago, it started rebooting on it's own and my swipe feature is hit or miss...more miss when I'm trying to log a workout. Help desk only had me reboot and of course the swipe worked at that moment. Anyone have this problem and will they replace it?

Regarding the reboots and screen swiping issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
