Versa Lite recording extra steps when driving a truck

I drive a truck about 200 km per night and my Versa lite is recording in excess of 2000 steps whilst driving. Anyone else having this problem.

Hi @PhilParkes, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite since it tracks steps when you are driving a truck.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains more information about data tracked when riding a vehicle. It also contains some steps for your to try in order to remove those extra steps.
