I got the fitbit versa lite for Christmas and everything has been great. About a week or two ago the screen was less responsive to me swiping. Now the screen will no longer swipe. My fitbit also randomly resest itself throughout the day. I feel it vibrate several times a day trying to reset itself.
I had a custom screen/wallpaper and switched it to a fitbit wallpaper seeing if that was the issue. I also had a tempered glass screen protector on it and took that off seeing if that made a difference. Neither of those fixed it. I've tried resetting it myself but the issues continue.
I just updated it today through the app on my cell (iPhone 😎 but the problems are still there. I've also tried plugging it into my computer, and most recently I did a factory reset. Unfortunately the reset failed, and since the screen won't work I can't hit "Okay" to try the reset again. I'm not sure where to go forward from here. It worked perfectly when I first got it, I'm not sure where it went wrong.
