My Versa Lite is 3 months old and for the last month it constantly restarts on it's own and it allows me to swipe to the menu maybe once a day. I can't start workouts, change settings, anything. they had me restart it on the button on side, great worked for a second and then quit again. Was there an update that messed it up or do I need one? Is there a dang phone number instead of chat to get someone to figure this out?

I'm sorry to hear about the restarts and swiping issues that your Versa Lite experienced and I appreciate the time spent trying to get these issues resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
