Screen keeps going blank and the only way to get it back is to unpair, uninstall app, reinstall then pair up again... Can do this up to 8 times a day now. Hit and miss as to whether it will sync which is totally random... Now fed up.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
