Versa Lite's screen is dark

Since yesterday the display is black - pressing the button for a longer time had no success or restart.
Only a bright circle appears in the charging station - no other function or operation is possible.

Hi @Nina0372, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the display of your Versa Lite went black and it won't work properly. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums and providing a picture of your watch showing the issue.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
