Versa Lite's time is incorrect by 10 minutes slow

My versa lite is 10 minutes slow. I have tried restarting it, syncing it, editing time zone. Nothing sets it right. It’s connected to my phone as well and that isn’t doing anything either.

Hi @Jennajohns2271, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's 10 minutes behind the actual time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, sync your watch and see if the time gets corrected.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
