I have a galaxy s10 and my versa lite just has the same message data not cleared sync & try again. I've tried everything on this page and still no luck i tried standing next to my wifi I've even tried other people's phones and still nothing. When restarted it shows the fitbit logo and then shows the same message with a red x. Is there a way to erase the memory on the fitbit.
