Hi,
I have had a Fitbit versa lite for a while now but I haven’t been able to get round to sorting this problem out.
On the screen of my Fitbit, it says “ data not cleared, Sync and try again”
i do not know what this means and I have tried all of the things that’s relevant to my problem.
