The screen on my Versa Lite only lights up occasionally and does not respond to taps or swipes. The button only works sometimes. It randomly acts like it is updating or restarting and will buzz and display the Fitbit symbol quickly. It intermittently stops tracking my heart rate both at night and during the day. It says it is updated and no new update is available. I’m using a Fitbit clock face.
