Having no end of trouble with my Versa lite, whenever I charge it it the screen remains black for most of the day but steps sync on my phone (iPhone) then it comes back to life and the battery is low eg 13% then dies. Some of the time it will charge normally and work for a day or two but can’t rely on it. Done I don’t know how many resets but waste of money.

I would like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since the screen becomes black all of a sudden and the battery drains fast.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, monitor it for 23 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
