Randomly vibrates, when I go to look at my watch thinking it was a notification, the screen doesn't wake with motion or by side button. When I finally get it to wake up/turn on, the screen is froze and doesn't swipe. I have tried factory reset, didn't seem to work. It is currently doing an update, but is only half way and it's been over 6 hours. Anyone else?

@AASD, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since the screen got frozen and the firmware update doesn't finish. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for the firmware update issues. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I connected it to the PC, according to my account on my PC, my watch is already updated and synced. However, according to my phone/app it is not and needs to update still, in which case it is not. I have a feeling I might have done a factory reset when this all started yesterday, and didn't know I did from when I was turning on a off so many times to get it to connect. The updating failed last night after letting it go for at least 12 hours. This is where I am at currently in the process

I just tried connecting again to my PC, when I go to set up my device, on the connect to fit bit page, it says my device needs to connect to bluetooth or to purchase a dongle. The PC recognizes my device via usb port, so I am not sure where else or how I am to turn on bluetooth or do I really need to purchase a dongle ?
