Hi, I just got my Versa lite four days ago. Today I noticed it’s froze on the clock screen and won’t let me use anything when I try to swipe. It is syncing with my phone and updating there, but I can’t do anything past the clock screen on the device.

@Atuvanpen2006 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa Lite is experiencing since the screen is frozen and won't let you swipe it.
Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works properly.
