Versa Lite screen frozen

My Versa lite touch screen was not responding. Vibrations stopped working. I tried to factory reset. Now it is stuck at a screen that says data not cleared sync and try again. My phone will not sync to the Fitbit and the app says it cannot find my Fitbit and to retry pairing. This is very frustrating. It is less than a year old.

I’ve also attempted to reset the Fitbit to no avail - cleared the Bluetooth connection and now it finds it and gives me a code but the error message comes up on the app telling me to retry....  doesn’t connect at all and the Red X message continues to appear.  HELP US PLEASE!!!!!

The data not cleared screen happened to me earlier this week and if this is still a problem for you, I would suggest searching Versa Lite shows a "Data not cleared sync & try again" message in the help forums as I found it helpful and managed to fix my problem
