Good day,
In the past six months I've had 2 Versa lights that stopped functioning. I bought my first one through Takealot and after less than 2 months it started giving problems - restarts, freezes, touch screen not working, loses heart rate. They replaced it with a new one and 4 months later the new one does exactly the same. I am very frustrated as this was not a cheap buy for me. I am very focused on my fitness and now am stuck again with a malfunctioning one. Please advise asap?

I'm sorry to hear about the screen, heart rate and constant restarts that your Versa Lite is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to your try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Regarding the heart rate tracking issues, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article.
Finally, set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.
