Hey guys please help. I’ve only had my watch for a little over a year and two days ago the screen started glitching and the light started to dim. Then I tried to trouble shoot, rebooted, restarted, let the battery drain then recharge, then did a whole system reboot. Now it won’t even turn on after being fully charged. The screen will turn white then black. Why did this happen?! What to do I love it so much!

thank you for your reply. So I did initially contact them and unfortunately they said they could do nothing and that it’s just barely a year outside of warranty I would have to buy a brand new one and they couldn’t assist me otherwise.

@Corgipooch78 Thank you for getting back. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

Completely understand your frustration. Also started experiencing glitches with a Versa Lite watch last week and now the device has totally shut off and won't turn back on. We have contacted customer support and have tried everything on the Fitbit support pages, but it has not helped and the last few days it has been stuck on the Fitbit logo today it just turned off.
The watch is only 4 months old, we bought it in December and had absolutely no issues until last week when the glitches started and now the watch is not working at all ☹️

I'm in the same boat. Just after 1-year the 2 Fitbits we bought on the same day died within a day of each other. Very disappointed. A year wasn't enough time for me to find the product indispensable, so they should plan their deliberate obsolescence better. Now it is on to a different product by another company. The death of one is one thing, but both of them? I suspect it has something to do with the firmware update but am not sure. My partner and I got two different support people. Hers told her it was garbage and offered a discount to buy a new one (as if -- it is garbage but here is a discount????) and my support tech was great and tried to work with me. No success.
I'll be following this thread to see if there are any developments on what I suspect is a firmware glitch.
