Hello!
Anyone know why "sometimes" just recently, my screen will appear faded, and have a hard time connecting to my Bluetooth on my phone?

Hi Heathermm78
The problem I had with my fitbit versa 2 is the screen appeared to have another clock face burned into the background. I bought a new face from ebay and was able to replace it. Not too difficult but required special glue I found on Amazon. Good as new.
Hope this helps

Mine has been doing that as well and it's getting harder to charge. It's a new charger (one year old)

Hi there, @Heathermm78 @Bainy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit devices are going dim. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
@Ron711 Thank you so much for your help! I'm glad to hear that you managed to solve your issue.

Hi @Heathermm78 - it's possibly some aging but also check the watch isn't in Sleep mode or manually dimmed.
Long press may bring up the Quick Settings, or pull down once on the watch face then again and tap the 2 white bars, to check.
