My wife and I bought our Versa Lite Fitbits several years ago. Mine works great, and I've really given mine a workout. Hers on the other hand is falling apart. I'm pretty sure it's no longer under warranty.
She has never gotten it wet, or has ever abused it. The face is falling off the base of the unit.
Any ideas??

Hi @JoeErickson Unfortunately once a Fitbit is out of warranty then any major failure signals the death of the tracker. By all means contactFitbit Support but I doubt there will be anything they can do.
