I charged my Versa light last night as it was out of battery and this afternoon it all of a sudden went blank - no response on the screen - tried holding down the button to restart but no response - the screen occasionally works briefly when I plug it in to charge but as soon as I unplug it it goes blank again - tried shutting down - tried changing the clock face - tried upgrading the software and nothing is working
