Sad moment this week.  The watch face popped open and the watch no longer works.  I have had the watch for just over a year..... Does fit bit warranty the watches

Fitbit does provide a warranty, but the length of the warranty cover varies depending on where you live and, in many places, is only 12 months.

 

The full terms are available via the link at the bottom of this page, but I'd suggest contacting customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com
