My screen comes up with the fitbit symblo with eide line down the side of it. I have tried the factory reset but have had lick. Had it less than 6 months. Had anyone ekse had this problem?

Regarding the line and symbol that your Versa Lite's screen shows, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let us know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
