My versa light is less then 6 months old and has been taken good care of. A few nights ago it began turning itself on and off again and buzzing uncontrollably. Since then the screen no longer turns on. The heart rate monitor and buzz for notifications is still working but the screen is constantly black. I read through some suggestions and attempted to reset it but the screen still won’t work. I don’t know what todo about it and I am very heart broken.

Hi @Hannah41, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa Lite stopped turning on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, make sure to charge your watch completely and see if the screen turns on.
