Versa Lite screen went black

My Fitbit versa lite has been just fine till last night and the screen went black. I can't get it to restart either. I've took great care of it, never got water on it. Don't know what is going on. Is this normal to happen??!

  • Mine was fine  until this evening after 7... the alt screens showing icons for exercise,alarm set cars fine. Just Home Screen is black
