Just did the latest update and my main screen is gone. I can slide to access the exercise alarms etc but my main screen was black now showing pink and purple lines

Hi @BecJoy - try first restarting the watch with Shutdown from the Settings menu.
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.
If that doesn't help try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App Gallery tile, it may have a fault.

Hi @Guy_ yes!!! - I ended up purchasing another clock face and it worked. Weird. The other one must have had a glitch when updates occurred. Thank you.
