My Fitbit Versa Lite (purchase in Dec 2019) is showing a black screen. I followed the instructions "restart device" instructions of leaving on the charger for 1hr, holding down the back button for 10 secs. The device is on but the screen is still blank. When I press the back button, the screen lights up but it's blank. I can't turn off the Fitbit because I can't get to the settings. I don't know what else to do.

Hi @Gainme, welcome to our Fitbit Community! it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the black screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
