My Versa Lite has just gone blank. Was nearly fully charged and just stopped.
Have tried leaving it, charging it, holding the button in for 10 seconds+. No joy. Help!

Hi!!! Awesome support means I have a replacement device now!!
however although it seemed to connect to the app through my phone the app keeps insisting I update the device and it continually seems to fail - the app just goes back to saying update after I run it and my device is just showing the same screen saying I need to download an app to get started, it connects then reverts back to this screen!!!!! Help?
