I can’t do a single thing with my Fitbit and I’ve had it 11 months. Today I complete an 18.6 mile ruck March - 4 hrs and 22 mins of constant usage. Got home slept woke up to a black screen.
I've charge it
I've turn off and on (screen was blank the whole time)
I've tried to update it
nothing has worked.

As its under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
