Versa Lite screen went blank

My Versa lite screen has went black, I can’t access anything on it,syncs with app and the app is saying it’s still counting steps, the screen is totally black and it won’t reset

Hi there, @Den81. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. 

Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
