Hello,
I just got my a new Versa Lite about 5 days ago. Since opening and setting up, I have not been able to operate the screen properly. The screen does not respond when I attempt to swipe or click on any icon. It also randomly opens things or glitches as if it is trying to swipe but is stuck so the images on the screen shake back and forth. The only way out of this is a reset by holding the left button down until it resets. I have the latest firmware. At this point I don't know what to do to fix the issues. Please help.
