My Versa lite not switching on. only white dim light glowing when put for charge. Already tried in customer support but still not working.
This product if can’t work for even 2 years then this speaks volume about quality and make.
if anyone facing similar trouble. Kindly share your experiences

I have already tried with customer support but they offered no solution to this.
if this is the quality of watches with Fitbit , then I would like to recommend new customers to be aware that these watches as it cannot be repaired if malfunctioning. Fitbit do not have any service centres anywhere.
