Versa Lite screen won't swipe through my apps

Any tips to fix a Versa Lite screen that is just the watch face? I've had this one since July as the first one only lasted 2 months. I was hoping for at lest a year knowing how bad these things are for longevity. It won't let me swipe to my apps anymore, which is one of the reasons I wanted this watch and not just an 8 dollar watch from Walmart.

@SydneyB24601, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display won't swipe through the apps.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same problem, I restarted my watch and the screen worked for about five min and now I can’t swipe anything what do I need to do. I have not even had it a month and nothing has happened to it

My fitbit restarts itself every 1-3 minutes. I did the hard restart as well. I have only ever used a Fitbit created watchface, never used another. Now it's updating. It tried updating last night and failed after at least an hour because I had to go to bed without it. It's updating now and it's been about half an hour with no progress.

They're pretty good about sending replacements, J. The watches only last about 7-9 weeks on average anyways.
