My versa just stopped. The clock face is there but it won't do anything when I swipe. It is still syncing with the app but I can't do anything with the fitbit. I have only had it for about 2 months. Was considering about getting premium but now what is the point if my fitbit doesn't work. Help!

Hi @LCWR, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the swiping issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.

I can't swipe my Versa Lite's screen. I have tried restarting it several times and have changed the screen to a Fitbit screen. Sometimes it will work for a few seconds, but usually it won't do anything.
