Versa Lite screen won't turn on

Hi Everyone,

 

I got my Versa Lite - version 1 a couple of days back. It initially worked seamlessly for a period of one day. However, after one day I observed the following things -

  1. Once I start/restart my phone, It works normally for 2 times - I can see the display
  2. However, after that when I do a screen wake - I just see a blank screen
  3. Steps, heart rate are always in sync. This problem is persistent only with the screen

Kindly let me know if there are any steps that I can do to troubleshoot
