Versa Lite screen won't turn on

my versa lite at first wouldn't sync to my phone, and then my phone couldn't connect with it via blue tooth. so, I decided to restart my versa, then i added the fitbit app back onto my phone after deleting it and when I was trying to connect my fitbit it repeatedly kept failing. so I decided to set my versa lite back to factory settings....as another forum said.

Now the versa lite won't even turn on.  This seems like a super defective product and I can't get ahold of the help desk currently.  any help with this?

Regarding the syncing and screen issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I was appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
