Versa Lite screen won't turn on

Fitbit versa touch screen not working and now it turned off and will not turn back on.

same here. my versa lite is less than a year old. the screen will not turn on, even at 100% charge. it is now a wasted $160 investment.

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
