My versa lite screen has gone black always has it in factory setting clock face and have tried to restart it but I doesn’t show anything and help would be appreciated

Hi @dani289, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
