My versa lite was working perfectly. All of a sudden the screen went black. It's not a charging/battery issue. It's like it went dead and there is nothing I can do to get it to turn back on. Help!

Hi @Shandog, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't turn on or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

There needs to be a RECALL.
This is a common issue and @FitBit won't fix it. So frustrating when it's a BIG issue!
