Versa Lite screen won't turn on

My versa lite, last night screen has gone black, still lighting up, still vibrating and the monitors on the back are working. Charged up last night, I purchased end of December 2019, any ideas please.

Hi @Ockyp, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works properly.
