Versa Lite screen won't turn on

The screen of my versa lite started to blink, hours later the right side of the touche screen stopped working. Now it doesn't work at all. The battery is charged but i can't turn it on. What can i do?

@LQV It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hello JuanJo, first of all thanks for your answer. The device does not
vibrate when i charge it. I've read the article you sent me and i've
charged the device but nothing. It still doesn't work...
