The screen of my Fitbit versa lite suddenly stopped to work. I was using it since early today, I checked my steps after my morning walk. Came back home it was working. Suddenly I felt it vibrating but the screen is all dark. I tried resetting it, disconnecting the Bluetooth of my phone, and try to connect it again, it says that can find it but when I have to put the numbers that supposed to show on my watch, the screen looks like it’s trying to show something, the watch even vibrates but nothing, still dark. I suspect something is wrong with the screen. Please help

@Andremoros I understand how you must be feeling.
Note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit devices are sold.
Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.
For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our Support Team for further assistance.

Hello @Andremoros
Try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. If that doesn’t work try restarting your watch again as discussed here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😉I’m hoping a simple clock face change does the trick. Please let me know
