I wanted to restart my Versa after having some connectivity problems (no new messages popped up on the watch). When i turned it off (pressing the button for around 10 sec) usually the staring screen comes up, this time there was no screen showing and when i tried to turn it on by pressing the button again nothing happened.
The fitbit was charged the day before (according to the app which could not syncronize now the battery is at 67%). I have kept it at the charger over night hoping to get some results, but the Fitfit is still black and turning it on does not work, the screen stays black.

thanks for your answer @MarreFitbit sadly the link only leads to a page with no chat option for me. otherwise i would have used that option already in the beginning. unless you want me to use the US location setting where the chat option was offered. But since i am located in germany it does not mae much sense to get in touch with the US team and eventually having to send my fitbit there as the shipping costs would be immense.
