My Versa Lite is stuck on the logo screen. I can’t turn it off. It won’t sync, and it is no longer discoverable on Bluetooth. I’ve had it since December of 2019.
What a **ahem**. I ordered it directly from FitBit, not a 3rd party. I’ve had trouble since the beginning. Never was able to get texts to my watch, tried getting help, and was pointed back to a help document that didn’t work.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa Lite to resolve the Fitbit logo on display issue that you're currently experiencing.
