So my Versa Lite was not reading my heart rate and active minutes correctly. It was reading my heart rate well above 160 (I checked with a pulse ox at my job and did my radial pulse highest it ever gets higher than 90 resting) it also was telling me I had up to 420 active minutes and 4000 calories burned. I know this is inaccurate because I sit at a desk at work for most of the day and am only up 30 minutes at a time the most.
I read other forums and saw the same thing was happening to other people. I’ve tried everything, factory reset, deleting and downloading the app again, even deleting and trying to reconnect the device. Nothing is working, even right now it’s been trying to connect to my device for four hours! This shouldn’t be happening the device isn’t even a year old.
