Versa Lite showing message "Data not cleared Sync & Try again"

Hi, I am using versa lite from 6 months. But from one month the watch is showing a red X mark with data not sync text. I tried every method like unpairing the device from bluetooth, factory reset. But still not at all working. Please help me.
